We use wheat as an ingredient to provide different and unique flavors to each of our breads, applying a supremely light touch to allow those flavors to shine. The result is a sourdough loaf like none that you have ever tasted before no matter which variety of our loaves you try.
Our gluten-free sourdough gives you the best of both worlds: delicious, chewy sourdough without gluten. And it is vegan as well! Made from sorghum, millet, and brown rice flours, our gluten-free sourdough is a light and moist loaf with plenty of tangy notes that will leave you wondering if it is really gluten free.
Instead of using commercial yeast, we use our natural starters and special flour blends to make everything from pita, to gluten-free scones, and even whole wheat croissants and bagels.
You can purchase a select sample of our baked goods at the Marin County farmer’s market at the Marin Civic Center on Thursdays and Sundays from 8 am-1 pm.
Can’t make it to the market? You can also pickup at the bakery in Richmond by ordering from our online store. Please note that we need to receive you order at least by 10 am Tuesday for Thursday pick up and 10 am Friday for Sunday pickup.
